How to submit a ticket to IT
Objective
Please use one of the following three ways to submit a ticket to IT.
Phone
- Call 970-384-6443.
- If the call is answered, please describe the issue that you are experiencing.
- If the call is not answered, please leave a message with your name and a brief description of the issue.
Email
- Send email to helpdesk@cogs.us with the following information:
- Name of person requesting help if not yourself.
- Summary of the issue
- Details about the issue:
- Hardware or Application
- When the issue started
- Other symptoms
Online Portal
- Go to helpdesk.cogs.us, click "Report an Incident"
- Enter required information:
- Requester email
- Summary
- Details
