How to Deal with Common Voicemail Errors
Many city voicemail boxes have been filling up and causing strife. Here is an explanation of the messages that you may have experienced and what to do about them:
Problem #1:
When you try to leave a voicemail, you hear: “Your mailbox is full, so you cannot leave a message”
Solution #1:
Press the button on your phone that looks like a cassette tape to access your voicemail.Input your PIN.Listen to the prompts to delete your messages.
Problem #2:
You leave a voicemail for someone and receive an email back stating that there was a delivery failure.
Solution #2:
Email the person whom you tried to leave the message for and let them know that their voicemail box is full.
Problem #3:
You receive an email stating that your voice mailbox has exceeded the quota warning threshold.
