- Enable Bookings for the account that will administer the calendar. You can access bookings from the All apps menu in portal.office.com

- Configured the Booking page and services sections to match what is needed of the calendar and its security.
- If you want customers/users to be able to choose a "staff" member add those and configure the schedule for availability.
- Save and publish site.
- If you want to embed the bookings calendar into another site, copy the code from the button near where you would have saved and published.
- Maintenance
- The availability is set both in the Bookings page configuration under availability and services details. You can also modify scheduling under the business hours.
- Reply to email address is under the Business information.
- Reminders are set under the service details page.
- I have not yet found a way to change the sending address for the calendar. It is currently the calendarname1@glenwoodsprings.onmicrosoft.com
- Removal of calendar
- When the bookings calendar was created it would have created a user in O365 that is not synced to AD. It also requires no license.
- You must delete the user created with the calendar name to delete the calendar. You do not need to delete the user who created the calendar.
- The user is generally the calendar name and a 1@glenwoodsprings.onmicrosoft.com
